Rates

  • Dr. Majmundar is an out-of-network provider and does not participate in any commercial insurance plans in New Jersey. If desired, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • Initial Session:

    • $550 for 60 minutes

    Ongoing sessions:

    • $350 for 30 minute medication management

    • 450 for 45 minutes medication management + psychotherapy

  • Adult 60 min Intake Evaluation Code: 99205

    Adult 45 minute psychotherapy and medication management Code: 99214 + 90833

    Adult 30 minute medication management: 99214

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, and Dr. Majmundar reserves the right to charge the full session fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
