Do you take insurance?
Dr. Majmundar is an out-of-network provider and does not participate in any commercial insurance plans in New Jersey. If desired, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
What is the cancellation fee?
Full payment is due at the time of the service via credit card.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, and Dr. Majmundar reserves the right to charge the full session fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
Do you see patients virtually?
In-person appointments at the Ridgewood office are recommended, especially for initial evaluations and therapy sessions.
Virtual online appointments, conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform, are available for patients who cannot attend in person or who prefer remote sessions. Please note that in-person visits may be required if controlled substances are prescribed.
How to get started?
Once you’ve filled out the contact form, Dr. Majmundar will reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs. If you choose to proceed, we’ll arrange your initial evaluation, and Dr. Majmundar will send you intake paperwork to complete before your appointment.
What are your hours?
Early morning and evening appointments on select weekdays are available to accommodate work schedules. Please note, I do not have weekend availability at this time.
